94 Civic problem- when it rains, car doesn't start- just chugs
I have a 94 Civic DX Coupe- Yesterday it was raining pretty heavy and last night I went to go somewhere and my car wouldn't start. It would turn over and chug chugh chug, but just wouldn't catch and start. I've been having problems every few weeks/months with it doing this- but it usually starts. After 30 min and it not starting I gave up. I've been having some electrical issues in my car where the interior lights and taillights will turn off and I have to fiddle with the light lever. Do you think these could be related? What could cause a car that usually starts up fine to chug like that, usually happening after a rain?
ANY help would be great!!! thank you!

Check the distributor cap and rotor. Sometimes if the cap has a crack or is loose the moisturized air can get in there and prevent a good spark.
