94 Civic EX - What are the orange jdm clips on left side of engine bay?

Default 94 Civic EX - What are the orange jdm clips on left side of engine bay?

I have this 94 honda civic ex 2 door that i want to buy but the car has the orange jdm clips on the left side of the engine bay. need to know what is really the difference since i want to get this car tomorrow. Its a 5 speed by the way!

orange clips sounds like abs. dont think it has anything to do with jdm. can you take a pic?

dont know how to get the pic up there but anyways it has a separate fuse box right next to the air fliter box

I have had a 92si, 93si and a 94 ex all had/have the orange clips and none had abs, they are abs clips

yeah those are it. The reason I said JDM is because i have only seen that In one other 94 civic in a junk yard and the car manufacturer sticker under the hood said Made in Japan. so i guess it's just more crap to brake in the end.

Just because it says "Made in Japan" doesn't mean JDM. JDM stands for Japanese Domestic Market, meaning, parts that are only sold and distributed throughout Japan. Items that are/were readily available in the US are not considered this.

I don't even know if this will be a hassle in the future like if i decide to do a swap down the road. I also took some time to actually look up people that had ABS light coming on and was anoying for them trying to figure out whats wrong with it with this exact model. The car is a one owner 165k on the clock and its an ex with everything working except crack on windshield and the cruise control deal not activating but its there. The clear coat is fading but no rust or dents. $2600 and it could be mine but i'm on the fence here what u guys think?Name:  civic.jpg
