2000 Civic SI Headlight problem
Hi I have a 2000 Honda Civic Si with a Greddy turbo, HID, stereo upgrades etc. The HID's are currently not being used and I just have stock bulbs in.
I am trying to figure out why my high-beam light stays on as soon as i turn the headlight switch on. My low-beam lights are running at regular power but when I flip the switch the high-beams look like they are day time runners and very dim (with both filaments on, not sure if that is normal for high beam on this vehicle).
Not sure if i should replace the DRL or the HL switch. Any hints?

I have tried different bulbs but to no effect. high beam light only comes on once the HL switch is turned on to position 2, with or without high beams on. but when high beams are activated it runs real dim like day time running lights. I have a feeling it's the DRL module but it could be the switch too.
