My girl just got her Civic Hatch back, from its swap. And her brother all the way in SF wants to send her his 1989 Nissan 240sx Coupe seats that where re-clothed in a recaro mesh black with red seems. I am just wondering if they will fit into her hatch back. Any opinions or confirmations? photos if anyone has any? Thx for reading.

i got an EK and i got a friend who has seats out of his 90 240sx. I might be able to check if it will work. But if i remember right, part of the rails on the seat are hooked up to the reclining part/lever, im not sure the top rails of the 240. will meet with the civic rails.

i like to say anything is possible, but will require some work.
maybe if you can fab up some brackets and weld them to the floor and what not... only way to do it is by doing something custom...

[btw, ive never seen the rails on a 240 seat, i'm just saying it could be done but with some custom work].

I don't know man 240 seats are not teribly supportive, even if they were redone I would stick with civic seats.
