yes these codes will apply to your car. the codes are for all OBD I and OBD II honda's. and you will tell the codes apart cause there will be a 1-2 second pause then they start flashing again.
Yes a ECU will tell u everything that is going on in your motor and it will tell u what is wrong with it as well

Most of the time it can only point you towards the circuit that has the problem. It takes a little diagnostic work to track down the exact problem.

Re: ECU Codes for everyone (JDMlifestyle)
I am here to announce...thanks to JDMlifestyle and this forum I replaced the VSS in my 94 Accord...myself (Dad's help)...for $51 parts delivered.
Now my Speedo, Odometer, Cruise Control ALL WORK GREAT! and no more annoying flashing lights.
Thanks sooooo much!

Re: (waterboy)
quick question: I just installed stainless steel 4-2-1 DC headers and now when the car is warmed up and idling it raises it's idle from 1000 to 1500 over and over again. Reseting the ecu can cure this?

History:
97' del sol w/p28
Cel Code #41
I replaced the sensor, reset the ecu and 5 seconds after start-up it returned. I've driven it and reset it a few times now with the same results. I have checked all my fuses, and I am now stumped. Voltage coming to the heater is 4 volts. From what I have read it should be 12 volts. Where do the o2 heater wires go? A6 on the ECU? Could my pgm-fi main relay be bad? Any ideas? My inspection runs out tomorrow and I have to be back on post tomorrow as well (10 hours away).

Re: (JDMlifestyle)
Is it possible that a larger diameter exhaust system (w/ punched out cat, element was rattling) might give me an O2 sensor code. I have replace the first O2 sensor (on the header, LSR w/ 2.5" collector and LSR cat w/ apexi WS2) on my 99 Si trying to get this code to go away. Long story -- but everytime I reset my ecu it gives me a different code. Now it is somewhere in the 2000s and I always lose count.
A friend told that Autozone could check my ecu, so I went there and it gave me a "high voltage in 02 sensor 1." I am sure I put the new one in correctly, so what else could possibly be the problem. The tech guys said to replace my plugs and wires (they say that anyway, no matter what the problem). I replaced the plugs and wires are on the way. I hate lookin at that cel day in and day out. Any input??? Help.
