I am assuming this is because of the HID's and the way the bike rides. Any support for this, cuz I know I am not flashing my brights.

You are right. It's because of the supersharp cutoff of HID projectors. You see this alot on S2000's as well. Anything with a firm suspension and hid projectors will have this effect.
The most you can do is possibly maybe adjust your lights down (if they aren't already down/low).

Re: (ill_take_one)
Thanks for replying. I will need to look into maybe adjusting them, but I love the way they look at night. I feel so much safer at night because I feel everyone else can see me, and I feel that I can see everyone else much better as well. And the cutoff is amazing. I see some of these hack-job HID's and it just bothers me. But the ones on my bike are amazing.
I wish I could do this to my Civic, but unfortunately, I can't have all three cars, so the Civic has to go. Good job on the thread, I have tried to keep up on it, and hopefully will do this to my truck soon!

It's not a retrofit. Everything on the bike is stock, but because of the comment my friend made and the cutoff of the lights, leads me to believe that they must be HID's. I could be wrong, but the first time I drove the bike at night, I noticed the cutoff of the lights immediately and it looked like HID's.

Well, when you turn your lights on, does the light color change from a bright blue, and gradually turn more white for about 15-20 secs? Then you'll know if you have HID (maybe you already know this...)
BUT, alot of halogen projector equipped bikes or cars for that matter, have colorful cutoffs as well. A couple cars that have "fooled me" into thinking they had HID's, were a saturn sedan, some VW's and even a denali. If you see their cutoff against a wall, it has mucho color, yet its still a halogen bulb.
FYI

I hate to laugh, but have you even read the first post in this thread? Please re-read, and then see if you still have that question.
Thanks.

Re: (ill_take_one)
No I got it. You said that you had seen some results that were ok. I wanted to know if this was possibly one of them. No? Ok then, I will retrofit some S2k projectors to the Denji housing. Thank you.

Re: (GQej1)
When I had my civic with the denji projectors, they weren't anything special by any means.
If you are picky like me, you'd swap in OEM hid projectors. Then, you'll for sure be happy, where as if you just use a "kit" with your stock denjis', you are probably not going to be happy.
I swear in this thread someone showed the output pics of the denjis with a hid "kit", and it was laughable. Not everyone is as picky as me though!
Let me know if you have more questions.

Re: (ill_take_one)
Guys, I still have HID parts for sale in the links in my sig. Please take em off my hands. I'm willing to negotiate on prices for the Valeo ECE's/Hella Ballasts/Philips Bulbs.
Thanks, and if anyone has other info to contribute, feel free.

You're probably right. All what I remember, is the lighting was no where near the optics of a OEM HID projector. The beam pattern was not even close to being smooth. Very spotty, and uneven still with a projector.
The cutoff was actually fairly nice, there was no glare which was a good thing obviously, but the beam pattern was not wide/smooth by any means.
Thats the most I can say, sorry that the pics are gone. This thread is 3-4 years old!

Unfortunately it's an old thread. I'm sure a lot of people have either deleted or moved where they store their pictures online.
Still good info in here though!

Out of curiosity, would the fact that the headlight housings on my 94 civic are glass not plastic have any adverse effects on slapping a kit in it?
EDIT: I meant the lense is glass
