Honda Civic 2007 si
I recently bought my civic and I notice that it lowered in some skunk2 pro coilovers, now my ride is bouncy and I hate that ! And I was wondering how can I fix that ? I totally don't know nothing about suspension .
Or should I just buy some coilovers or lowering springs ?
I'm just looking to drop it maybe like 1.5" or 1.7" not to much . Any recommendations?

Re: Honda Civic 2007 si
OP you may have too much pre-load setup on that coilover. I'm sure if you youtube it you can find a how to setup pre-load.
What pre-load does is basically adds load to the spring making it stiffer. When too stiff the front end get very bouncy. I know cause I have the same setup as you but I don't mind it cause I track the car and need it to be stiffer.
So taking away some of the pre-load will make it less bouncy.

Please explain how is that ricer???
Also the Tein suspension for the 8th gen is by far the worse when it comes to handling. They are softer then stock and not ideal if you are looking for something that handles better then stock!
Research a little before saying anything...

The Junk2's aren't as junk as you may think... I have them on my Si and yes they are stiff but they do well for track. Yes they aren't ideal for DD if you just want something comfortable as they are more suited for someone who wants to some spirited driving!
If you want something comfortable that handles like stock get those crappy Tein's that's pretty much all they are good for!
