Correct me if im wrong. Void, or no Void?
I want to know specifically what WILL and WILL NOT void my warranty.
Also, am i correct in assuming that the powertrain warranty is seperate from the bumper to bumper? meaning if i were to SC my engine or something like that, the warranty on the motor/tranny ect is gone, but the body/interior/electrical ect is still covered.
here we go
Header (short) - im assuming not voided?
Header (race) - void?
Hondata IMG - void?
any kind of FI, or actual engine internal mods - void

Honda cooperates with Hondata as much as it can, as much that is practical in order to further the interest in Hondas on the part of the enthusiast community.
You are, however, opening a big can of worms by asking this.
You have to be prepared to take responsibility whenever you are making substantial changes to the OEM equpment like you are doing.
A Honda dealership is mostly there to sell cars, not to maintain the enthusiast community and it will be the very, very rare service manager who will go out of the way to determine if there was something wrong with your aftermarket parts that caused the problem, or if the problem was inherent and resident before you added your parts.
You also have to understand that when you're changing things that alter the spark advance and fuel map on a car, the service department is going to distance itself really rather quickly from you and your car.
Your best bet might be to secure the help of your service department ahead of time. But it's all a risk. If you want to do what you're talking about, you're taking a risk.

there's lots of threads about this. All and all not one thing can void the whole warrenty.
you have a cold air intake and the car hydro locks. not covered. you have a CAI and your cars springs or strut goes bad, covered.
Also its up to where you take your car for service. I have race header, cat-back, cai, IMG, reflash and my dealer still services all my problems. Certain techs at the dealer wont work on my car due to Mods, other ones will. So I only deal with the Service manager and one certain Tech.
I reccomend becoming really good freinds or just getting in good with everyone at your dealers service department. find out which ones mod there own cars and they will be more willing to help you out.
Now if you turbo your car and then blow the engine there's isn't really anyone who will be able to help you.
Hope this helps a little.

Basically what I want to know is if I were to turbo/sc my motor, and a recall came out for the motor, is it still warranty work or am I going to have to pay for it?
Or if I turbo/sc and for some manufacturers defect, my tranny craps on me, is it not going to be covered due to the fact they will assume it was caused by 'added stress'

This is some tough reading, but this is what you have on your side when it comes to your warranty.

As of the recall situation. I'm pretty sure they will still do any recall work even if your running FI. Now as far you running FI and something craps out on you. that is going to take a lot of bitching, fighting, investigating. and even with all that you still might not get it fixed without paying out of your pocket. There's always Insurance.

In a Junkyard near you.
Since i'm a dealer tech i'll give you what I would do.
99.9% of the "sporty" type cars that come in with problems are owner error (#1 reason is downshifting to the wrong gear, such as 6th to 2nd)
If I have a hard time proving that it's owner error I then look at any modifications the person has done to the car, if those can not be proven to have caused the problem I then look for an actual factory defect.
I know that is going to seeem like an unpopular view but that is the very typical order of the problems we see.
#1 operator error
#2 aftermarket part issue
#3 factory defect
Also did you know that your warranty is 3 years 36K miles? And you have other parts of the warranty that go to 80K miles.
Any questions just ask me.
