Yes. You don't hear the ex. You do with the si.

I want to say the exhaust pipe is bigger on the Si as well. Are you swapping yours out?

I have considered this also. I have an EX Coupe, and from what I hear on sound bites from the internet the HFP muffler would sound sweet. There is a change to the flange though, the EX is a smaller diameter pipe than the Si and the Si and HFP mufflers are larger. Off to the muffler shop!

Just curious, if i had a hfp rear lip on, will the si exhaust fit onto it? (this is for an EX).. im assuming no due to the oval shape? i was looking on collegehills and they even sell a separate rear lip

anyone know for sure?

If you're going with the Si exhaust, then why not get the Si HFP rear lip?
