How much did you pay for your Si?
I'm looking to buy an SI pretty soon and I was wondering how much you guys paid for yours if you don't mind sharing. I just wanna know what the ballpark price is. I went to Goudy Honda and it's marked up about $5000 over suggested MSRP. Is this what you guys paid or was it less than that? Oh yeah if you can, try to include which dealer you bought it at please. Thanks!

24.2k after taxes and extended warranty, and wheel warranty, and windshield warranty. so it wasnt so bad. i think before taxes they lowered it down to around 19k. they took it pretty easy on me at the dealer since im related to the general sales manager (relative through a relative through a relative)

This thread almost makes me sick
19,600 OTD for my LX
And this was after I bought a 2005 EX Accord, 2000 Honda Oddyssey and had my nephew buy a 2000 SI from this same dealer Woulda thought I would get a deal, huh?
The honda dealers all around me absolutely refused to budge on the price of $18,100 for an automatic sedan LX, saying that they would be sold regaurdless. My dealer was nice enough to throw in mudflaps
If I had seen an SI for 19,600.... forget what the wife wants!

Wait a minute. That doesn't make sense. $21,600 after taxes and 2 grand in accessories means that you got the car itself for around $18340 before accessories and taxes. That's below Invoice.

Makes perfect sense if you know what you are doing. My company also has a good rep with this dealer so they were more willing to give me what I wanted. I told the dealer either they could sell me the car for that price or not. The $2000 in accessories were added after they got the vehicle. I told them I could get all those items at a discounted rate and install them myself. He wanted to sell me the vehicle. I was actually going that morning to reserve a different color Si.
This is the difference when you work with a Internet/Fleet Manager. They are not on commission. So, they don't care how much they make on the deal, but they still want at least 3-5% after dealer cost (I am referring to the actual dealer cost not the invoice price). It cut out some of the other fees that they add. Such as a sales room floor expense.

Learn something new everyday . Wow good job. That's a good deal. Now I know what to do when I help my wife get her car. I didn't get the dealer THAT low, but I did get him to knock $800 off of a $1000 markup.

Alot of deales in DFW wanted to mark up MSRP $3000. Was patient and found a great dealer and person to work with. Use the site below for more information, it will help and you will save.

$26,248 for me OTD. Of course, that is with:
Leather seats + heater elements
HFP 18" Rims
Wheel locks
Aero Kit
Fog lights
In hindsight, I could have done without the rims and leather seats, but I don't regret it.
