Help i just got rear ended!
i just got rear ended last night. anyways i have a 09 si. and there are alot of scratches and they are deep and minor. the B**CH who hit me agreed to pay for it all. And rather then have it painted for 500+ i rather get an HFP rear under spoiler to cover it up. would any one think it would cover it all up.
also i heard HFP body kits fall off (a honda employee told me this!) is this true?

Lulz @ "rear-ended".
You should see my bumper. Sadly people in Boston don't call that "rear-ended", but rather they simple call it "parking"

It will cover it up. But without the side skirts and front underspoiler to go with the hit I don't think it would look right.
And if someone accidentaly gives you a love tap on your rear bumper and agrees to pay for all the damages......I don't think that would necessarily make them a "bitch". Sounds to me like they're doing the right thing.
Just a thought.

Go get a bill of repair and give her a copy of it. She pays you the amount of cost in hand and you do whatever you like with that money. Be sure to write a formal document stating what happened with full details BEFORE you show her the bill. That way, once she looks at it and thinks its ridiculous estimate, you have a legal documentation for your insurance company and/or small claims to file with.

Re: Help i just got rear ended!
I was sitting at a red light back in january and some guy in a pickup truck wasn't paying attention and just kept on going....."rear-ending" me. It was more like a $5000 fix....not a $500 fix......so consider yourself lucky.
