I'm not "jealous of Nick" as the reporter says at the end -- I didn't want the Rallye Red! =D

Lets go ahead and thank god he didn't become a cop. cause i dont think anyone would outrun him. lol
i like how he lets off the gas and sez "gotta wait for them to catch up"........ haha, atleast we know, with the proper skills, the si will outrun a cop car.

well they say in the vid that they want the cops to get used to their adrenaline going and that the sirens definitely add to that...

oh my bad. school computers dont have speakers so the sound comes out of the CPU. i can barely hear the revving, let alone what he's saying.

Re: (SMoLiK)
I can speak from experience that of course through turns the Si will own a patrol car, it will even hold it's own in a straight line. But thats why they have backup and air support now adays. I wish they had that driving in my AZ academy. Still fun doing the driving, but not like that.

Goverment vechiles will never be anything but fords until honda or toyota buys them out and they have no choice. Personally I have worked on the crown victoria everything about them is so toned down its retarted. Everything is restricting on the car.

actually i read that some police force was buying some STis for the awd and because no stock si will outrun it unless there's a real bozo at the wheel of the subaru. my buddy has a crown vic and it's just strait line v8 power - same formula most of the domestics have had forever. ford says the car has a "legendary smooth ride," but that just means it's sloppy as hell when cornering, even with the interceptor package. i'd be a little more afraid of trying to outrun those new chargers they're all switching over to though.
