Definitely. How new are the tires? If they are new enough, they'll be covered under warranty.

Then you should get that tire replaced for free. Look through the stuff that came with your car. There should be two tire warranty booklets (one for your normal tires, and one for the spare). Everything you need to know, should be in there.

i doubt honda will replace it however, if you decide to go to American Tire CO. etc and get their tire warranty, things like this will be replaced for free by them.

They are covered if they are within the projected mileage life of the tire. I had a bubble come up in my summer tires on my 06, but they had been beaten to hell and you could tell... So I just moved on.

Actually its probably not covered, no matter the milage. The bump is "typically" casued with you hit a bump, pothole, etc and it brakes the steel belting holding the tire sidewall together. That is concidered road hazard damaged and not covered by the standard warranty. But it is cover by road hazard protection. The same thing just happened to me today on tires i had for less than 4mos. Thankfully i got the road hazard warranty so i'm getting a free replacement.

But you will have to pay to have the new tire covered under road hazzard. At some shops only the tire is free, you may have to pay for all the labor and balancing. Wal-Mart charges $5 per tire for a 1 time tire balance.
I went to Wal-Mart when I bought some new 99-00 Si wheels. My tires were great but I didn't want to pay outrageous mount and dismount fees plus balancing. Sears and Discount tire wanted $40 to take off $40 to put on and another $40 to balance. $120 plus tax to put on my OEM wheels. I wasn't having it. Went over to Wal-Mart, on a Sunday no less, and got out the door for $38.
Other places charge like $10-$12 for balancing but includes life time balancing. When you shop around for price find out what you are paying for and read the fine print. What seems like a good deal on a tire may end up costing you a bundle on other services. This is why you might see "no carry out" on a tire special.

Be careful with those Wal Marts....i've heard some pretty nightmareish stories about them. We had a car come into the dealership the other day cause Wal Mart put on the wrong filter. She lost all her oil and the engine locked up.
