Default BIG Problem with Si

I was installing a sound system in my 2006 Civic Si. After hooking everything up I turned on the engine. (Battery was disconnected when working on car) In the cluster a steering wheel icon with an exclamation mark showed up. Turns out the power steering isnt working. Does anybody have any suggestions other than taking it to the dealer?

suggest retracing too... if that doesn't work put your audio system back in stock and see if the sign goes off

Try unhooking the battery for 10 mins and put it back on again? Maybe the computer just misread something and signaled the warning light. If not, like stated above, retrace, be careful not to pull on any wires that you dont know where they go.
