OK, got my new ballast in to replace the effed up one, installed, works cherry!
Also took off the front license plate bracket... looks like hell under it, gonna figure out something fun there :D
changed my mind on the tien basics... didnt realize they are not damping adjustable :X
probably am going to go to the tokico d-spec again now that they make them for 04-05's then get ground control sleeves...

hahah, its not lowered at all yet y0! but serriusly 
tokico DOESNT make "d-spec" that fit the 03-05 es1/2 civic... they make the HTS508, which is the same body and internals as the d'spec, just no fancy name and they are red instead of grey...
