Gas Gauge issue
i drive a 01 Civic lx. i have issues with the Gas Gauge.. sometims i turn off the car and htee gauge doesnt show how much gas i have. it just shows thats its on E..... it doesnt really go up.
sometime it akes a day or two before iit goes up.
i fill it up sometim and it annoys me because i dont know how much gas i wasted so i have to go by what my odometer says.
could anyone point out the problem?

I had a similar problem with my GF's '04 EX. When you turn the car off, the gas gauge wouldn't come back to the proper level immediately, and it would give us the low fuel warning sometimes even when there were a few gallons still in the tank. We never took it in for the warranty and it's too late now. Just like the floppy vents, I guess we'll deal with it. <shrug>
