Re: foglights
i paid 60 bucks for mine(ebay). only problem was the harness provided left power on the lights all the time ( no ignition function) so i tapped into the power outlet.

Re: foglights
same here bought the yellow ones back in 05. the junk thing about ebay ones are the harness arent oem. mines finally are not working after 5 years of use others break quicker. oem is the best.

Re: foglights
Watch out when buying the Ebay ones for 04/05. The on/off switch wiring harness will only stretch to the left of the steering wheel. (where you're mirror and cruise switch are). If you have that 3rd slot occupied (for moonroof) then I found out the hard way, you're screwed and the harness will not stretch there. IMO, you're best option is to get the clear OEM ones (handaaccessories.com) . They will run you about $190 (compared to $700 parts/labor from the dealer) but you can do it yourself (online instructions are included on that site) and mount the fog switch where it was meant to go, in your center console under your stereo. This will give you an OEM look. Just my two cents....

Re: foglights
Yeah I don't have a moonroof but I used the empty third slot for the alarm sensor I put in my car. So should I check near the cigarette lighter to see if there's space for the switch?

Re: foglights
The Ebay fogs wiring harness will NOT work for you then. Trust me, I've personally been thru this. All of the ones I've seen on Ebay are made for the on/off switch to mount to the empty spot left of the steering wheel ( like you said granted if you don't have a moonroof or your slot isnt already occupied by an alarm). The EBay wiring harnesses are only good if you have an empty 3rd slot left of steering wheel. If you have a cig lighter/ashtray combo, I believe your fog slot is right above/below the lighter BUT...I heard you can't install OEM fogs on LX or EX models with this option. Look at handaaccessories.com site under exterior options (foglights) to see what I'm talking about. Don't know if that's true or not. Don't understand why Honda would have a slot for the fog switch there, I HAVE seen the fog switch mounted by the lighter on 04's. Not sure what the model was though HX,DX,etc. I personally have a 05 (very similar). Another solution which WILL work best (the one I used)...If you don't have cig lighter/ ashtray combo, you should have 2 blank horizontal rectangular slots right above your double cup holder (by shifter/center console) to mount the fog switch. WHAT YOU NEED TO FIND OUT: Is your 3rd slot left of steering wheel occupied(YES), do you have cig lighter/ashtray combo (yes or no), and also color of fogs you want. OEM foglights color is clear, yellow was never an option. So if you're stuck on going with yellow (ebay is your only option) and you might run into the problems I just talked about with the wiring harness. Let us know...good luck

They are on sale. I went through 2 eBay kits. Both lasted a couple months before the lenses cracked. I bought a OEM set through H and A and these have made it through the winter, here in Wisconsin, and are still perfect. Your choice on what you want to buy. I strongly recommend OEM from H and A, and I am sure others would too. They come with everything you need.
