Default Eibach Anti-Roll Bar Kits

Any experience with the above kit for an '05 Civic EX?

I've searched the posts and it looks like most who have made changes to their original bars (or added them if they didn't exist) are running RSX spec'd parts. Many are using a 23mm rear, many with the oem front bar. Some are experiencing problems with breaking endlinks, presumably because the 23mm rear is too stiff for the oem components.

The Eibach kit for an '05 Civic uses a 26mm front and a 16mm rear. I assume that this relatively small rear is "easier" on the oem endlinks, although not as easy as the oem 12mm bar. I intend to retain the oem endlinks.

My car is bone-stock, although I hope to upgrade shocks/struts (probably Bilsteins due to past experience) in a year or so. No other suspension mods (springs, lowering, etc.) are anticipated, as this is a daily driver and there are too many potholes, road debris, speedbumps, and dead animals in the middle of the road for me to want to go any lower. Just trying to tighten-up the handling a little bit.

Thanks

What u need is a sway bar that is 2x stronger than it wount put too much stress on any other parts if u have a 13mill and u have a 16 mill to chek how much stronger it is do som simple math (16^4)/(13^4)=idk i dont have a calc but thats what u get. My car is also mostly stock got an K&N intake, S-Tecs and a strut bar, really want to find the right sway bar too but its mad hard.

yeah bro i run it. if you're going to use the eibach sway bars, i suggest upgrading your endlinks. don't use metal ball bearings if you want to keep regreasing around 10-12 months. pain in the ***. Reason I say to upgrade your sway bars is that it will break your stock endlinks in half. the stiffness from left to right you can tell. it's a big difference.

i run tein basics, eibach sways, custom endlinks, two top strut bars. suspension is pretty stiff. i can almost basically double any corner speed with ease sometimes not.

You really dont need to upgrade the front sway, this will just cause understear.Even though I had problems with the rear 22mm sway bar (one bolt coming out)......took it all off and put lock tight (blue) on the threads and it holds like a champ.....(holds up to I belieave 35+ more lb of torque).......Plus the subframe brace looks bad *** from behind the car.....and it does what it says (protects the subframe)
