I'd like to see the 2 that you found. Last I checked, there are none available for turbo applications or otherwise. The few I've seen that are listed for the d17 turn out to not actually fit they are just listed wrong on the company's website. About the only option is a total 1 off project or adapting a d16 intake mani.

You found two? What two are these? Only one guy that I know of makes a d17 intake manifold and he quit making them. The only other option I know of, is to mod a d16y8 manifold. Doing it this way require KPRO before of the EGR.

Actually KMS or w/e makes them too, but they are pieces of ****.

You dont know very much then

Edit: Sorry for being an *** but there are other manifolds. An intake manifold will get you gains, even N/A, if you have supporting mods (such as stage 2 cam, kpro, and i/h/e).

I dont know of any that were ever listed on a web site for sale or anything. The few out there were custom made for the d17.

The problem is, will the the intake be made for N/A or boost? they are designed completely differently. Then you will also need mods to make the extra flow worthwhile.

Honestly, a d16y8 intake mani isn't a half bad N/A manifold. It's got a decent plenum and long tapered runners. I'm willing to bet that the y8 oem mani is better designed than the obx one.

Defintely agree, I would almost bet if OBX is making a manifold, it will be for boosted applications. If only you didnt have to have KPRO to the d16y8 manifold...

You don't really 'need' it. You just need to have an 01-02 LX/DX that didn't come with EGR.
