Default Clicking rear Sway

I installed a progress rear sway bar and aftermarket endlinks from dezod. Along with this i already had koni/gc combo on my car for about four months now. Well as I was saying, when ever i go over any kind of bump or what not it seems me swaybar clicks and creaks. How can i get rid of this clicking noise. I thought it was my sway hitting my muffler but that wasnt it. I trimmed the muffler and the sound still persist.

thanks for the help.

Are the sway bar bushings polyurethane? They should be greased at least once every 6 months.

click or pop? i had the same nose when i had my sway bar, it was the sway bar not tighten enough on the endlinks which caused the sway bar to move slight against the threads that caused the noise.

i just bought some washers and placed it between the the sway bar and endlinks and tightened everything back up really tight and the noise went away.

did you make sure the rear was loaded when you tightened the sway bar on?

Hey do you have a dx or vp where you have to run an adapter kit for your sway bar? I was just wondering because I can't find a picture of it any where and I'm curious to see how it installs I have an 04 vp so I don't have a sway bar and I was thinking about getting one.

i have the same problem. I think it's rubbing against the stiff plastic EVAP unit housing cover. Going over bumps it seems to catch the end of the cover then when the suspension comes back down the cover breaks free and clicks. Mine does it over bumps or when the suspension is really articulated, like going up a steep driveway at an angle.
