rebuilt engine cannot turn over by hand with trans
just rebuilt the bottom end, and everything spun just fine with the head off. then i attached the block to the trans and wondering if it's stuck in gear?? so thus the engine will not turn over by hand. I reattached the shifter cable to the auto trans and shifter is in N. so what could be causing this **** to be stuck??

I'm thinking it's this part right here that isn't connected to the metal bracket correctly.

I'd really like to be able to say "It's probably this" but ultimately you're just going to have to go back through the work you've done up 'til now and find out where it went wrong.
