You can usually find them at the dealer in the parts dept. There's a few different aftermarket brands they usually carry, and sometimes an OEM version

Si steering wheels came leather wrapped. its an option i think?
i remember my brother bought one of those for his accord (not sure if it was oem) but he hand-sewed it on. it was nice but a bitch to sew on.

carbon fiber look? i can't see it. leather steering wheel covers like that come from any honda dealership. they are a bitch to sew on. that's what you need to know.

I've never put one on, but it can't be that hard. I saw them on display for Civics and Elements last time I was picking up some parts from the dealer.

That one was on the car when he got it, panama gets japanese cars shipped directly to their shores.
As far as getting one, I don't really know about a carbon cover, not my style, but if I were you, I'd just save and get a momo wheel.

I saw someone who had it like that w/ cf it looked very clean and not ricey at all.
