what is needed to convert your 94-97 teg to look like a 98 and up one???
just wanted to know what is actually needed in swapping to a 98 front and rear end, for the front end do you need just the :
2 head lights and bumper 98's
and for the rear is it just the bumper you need just the
98 rear bumper itself
alos is this all just gonna be a bolt on affair for the rear and with the front do u just swap the headlights and then smack the front end on, lol i know im making it sound easy here but i mean is this all that needs to be done???

You will need
98+ headlights
98+ front bumper
98+ bumper lenses
98+ bumper lens supports
98+ rear bumper
have fun! I did the front end 98+ on mine, and I like it a lot.

how much did it cost you black teg??? you get it done at acura or at a shop

Wait! one more thing, you definitely need a paint job...u don't wanna roll like those riceboys with their unpainted bodykits, I guess they don't wanna wait to be ricey until they got enough money to paint their body kits

Wait! one more thing, you definitely need a paint job...u don't wanna roll like those riceboys with their unpainted bodykits, I guess they don't wanna wait to be ricey until they got enough money to paint their body kits

Everything bolts up just fine. Don't forget to get the 98+ rear tail lights as well. Do you just want the outside to look like a 98+? Also, if you want mud flaps, make sure you get some, my 97 mud flaps don't fit right on my 98 bumper, they fit but not right.

WHY DO YOU WANT TO DO THIS? It looks exactly the same as the 94-97....only change..hole in rear bumper....and skewed headlights.....and integra insignia moved.....why?...then why? do you want to do this?

It's totally different. The front headlights are more oval, and the bumper has a large hole in it....perfect for intercoolers.
If you choose to get a lip, that's different too. It's very different, if you look at the pics.

very easy everything bolts right up, the hardest part is finding the parts especially the headlights the dealer wants a grand for those alone! but hey wait a sec, oh my i have an extra pair! coincidences!

personally id wait and do the JDM conversion cost more but look much better

JDM conversion costs way more than 98up conversion, since u have buy the whole front end and other bits. U have to pay labor for welding the new radiator support and plus u have to paint the whole front end, instead of just the bumper.
But I still like the JDM front more way more than 98up, but it just a big hole in your pocket

Just a comment, I really like my 1995's front end, although I do love the 98+ front end as well. Basically, those two pictures above are a little misleading, if you put on the 1997 Type-R front lip from Comptech, the 1995 looks absolutely fabulous too. It's two entirely different looks. I love the old school look for my 'teg, I think the money is better spent on other areas. But more power to everyone to do what they think is best.

98+ conversion on my 97 LS, great stuff!! 98+ headlights, 98+ bumper, 98+ OEM lip, 98+ bumper lights...and kazaam! Instant 98-01 Integra with skewed lights, more aggressive and angular front and beautiful lip, I just don't think the 94-97's can live up to that look....IMO. Total cost for me was $530, and then i got side swiped and got the bumper painted for free....hehehe lucky me...

hey, don't forget the front bumper aborber styrofoam piece. trust me, 94-97 and 98+ ones are different. The earlier ones tend to move around, don't fit correctly.
If you're spending money to do the conversion, remember to get this piece too. You'll know why when people back into your front bumper iof you don't have it.
