well it's a jdm wheel so your best bet is all those jdm importing shops or ebay. or you could just do what most americans do and get a ce28n.

http://www.rrr-game.com they are a local shop around me in Gardena, Ca. They are nice guys with direct to Japan contacts so prices are pretty low.
