Show me your 96-00 Civics with aftermarket gauges.
I need 3 gauges for my turbo setup (EGT, Boost, Oil pressure). I have a dual gauge bezel that 2 of them can go in, but I can't decide where to put the other one. I really don't want to put it on the A-pillar.
So post some pics of your gauge setup!!

autometer has a guage pod that you can put in your lower din (by the cup holder).
it will fit all 3 guages.
however, you may want to get a water temp and oil temp too..

Did you have to extend them or just reroute them?

Just becuase we have guages in, where ever, doesn't mean we're ricers. That term has been so over used it hardly means anything anymore.
If you don't want your guages up where the radio is, it's not very hard to put the guages in the bottom din. But that bezel only fits the 52mm guages.

What are you guys mounting your radios to when you move them down there? Is there a mounting kit you can purchase somewhere?

Re: Show me your 96-00 Civics with aftermarket gauges. (redlinetuning)
i made my own,..this was my old setup,..alot cleaner now,...plus its not hard at all to route the radio wires to the bottom din,...no extending of wires or anything
plus guages in the glovebox is kind of a bad idea because you want gauges to be easily visible,...gauges are their to monitor whats going on with your motor,...guages arent for show,...put them where you can see whats going on with the motor at all times,...looking over towards your glovebox takes your eyes pretty far off the road

So true.
For gauges to be effective you need to be able to glance at them and see the overall condition of the engine.
Putting them in the glove box is rice because they are not functional there and only for show.
I put mine on the A-pillar. Call me rice if you want, but that's the most visible location. By today's kid's standards real race cars are rice because they use big tachometers.

i used to have my gauges in almost every location you can name (except glovebox because it's useless there) and to be honest the a-pillar gives you the best glance at your engine's performance/condition
