I would be a little more worried about a timing belt break then an alternator belt break

At least an alternator belt break, wont toast your engine

Just an FYI...After MONTHS of being out of stock, the Gruber batteries are back on their site. I just ordered one. The price went up though. I was lucky and happened to have had one with the original price in my cart from last week (before the price went up). Thank God for my cookie settings.

Did you ever call them? Cause when you clicked "buy" it tells you to call them. When I did a few months ago they had them in stock. Guy went right in the back and got me one. LOL

Axle grease cmes right off with Gunk engine degeaser or the all purpose cleaner that detail shops use to clean engine bays. My friend I'm tucking the harness for details at Honda so I got some god *** cleaning products from him.

so because its going in a drag car means that nothing will go in the belt area?
lol

You know what happens when a car is subjected to NOTHING but hard driving and racing conditions? Things happen, thinks fall apart. Bolts Loosen, Stuff Moves.. At Times, you will open up your engine bay and see a bolt just sitting somewhere (consider yerself lucky if u find it)... No matter how hard you think you've tightened your ****, all that time on slicks will loosen your ****, unless you have a strict regiment of checking, rechecking, and rechecking your entire engine bay (most people dont)... Even then, it still happens... TRUST ME
