Tail lights look like smaller accord sedan tail lights anyway.. I saw one down here a couple years back before I even knew what the hell an EL was and I was dumbfounded

Pretty much just a luxury version of the Civic.
The 1.6 EL has the D16y8 in it and the 1.7 EL has the D17a2 in it. So just a Civic with more luxury options. I see them all the time and drove one for extended periods a couple years ago.
