what is it that you do differently to the harness that requires 20hrs?? just curious because wire tucks are pretty intense.

I've actually thought about doing this. But after you're done, it wont make any difference. maybe a small one. but you'll still see TPS, MAF, and a few other wires around the engine bay.
most 240sx owners make adjustments to their side harness that runs on the fender. The reason is because with larger wheels, the tires would always rub on it when turning. I have to fix this on my car very soon.

Yes the TPS wire will be visible.. im working on Hiding the MAF wire. The windsheild motor isnt moveable but i can hid the wires. the Coil pack, o2, IAT, an other sensors will be hidden as well.

where are you mounting his ignitor?
Nissan hides the oem harness very well for being stock. injector wires are under the manifold already, coilpack is behind engine. then there's just work on other small sensors around the engine.
the only problem that makes this useless is the many use of vaccum lines the engine has.
this is the real eye sore for trying to make 240sx engine bay wireless.
relocating the enormous fuse box? hah
looks like this guy also has a piggyback (safc) wired up to his ecu. hah
update with pictures!
