no, you can bolt it through the stock one, but not in place of it...

The front one is bolted onto the stock bumper support usually. Drilling is required.
The rear one just mounts directly to the stock hook.

Thanks rodrez...I was speaking about the rear one. The front I knew you need to do some drilling to get it in

The cars already have tow hooks from the factory. No way does it make it easier.
