Link to the extreme dimensions? Most of the time replicas get the 'ol from me, but I'd love to see it.

????
where are you guys getting these ridiculous prices???
first the Backyard special front bumper isnt in production last i heard... second trying to source one is damn near impossible unless you very very strong ties in japan or where ever they are/where made.
and you never find a authenic one for nothing less then 1000us or 1200 Canadian
even JDM honda parts has it listed for 1200US... that is if they even have one.

actaully you can get it for under 1000 us dollars. it is NOT hard to find. and it is still in production.

The EG6 wing and lip were also said to be discontinued many years ago, but they're still producing them, to specific order, to this day. BYS doesn't have a huge factory, with an endless inventory of bumpers and lips like VIS or Seibon.
And it's not impossible, you just need to contact a well connected importer.
Very nice

well i guess not too many of you can read and understand the content your actually reading
but i did say "isnt in production last i heard" so i could be worng. so
i also said "damn near impossible" no TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE..
if they are so possible to get all the people that can afford one would probably have one by now and they would be as played out as euro lights

Re: (tru_pimp)
hey man, we can dispute this online like a bunch of retards, but as long as people are modding hondas, things will to from the hottest items on the planet to so played out that people are just giving them away instead of asking for money for them.
im sure some my disagree, but this a pticure thread.. so lets keep it that way..

My reading comprehension is fine. No ones against you, not sure why you're getting so defensive. Your statement seemed to be a guess, regarding the availability of the product, I verifed the truth for you. You stated that one would need strong ties to Japan, I don't have strong ties to Japan, I made a few phone calls, and now I have a BYS wing. They won't be as played out as euro lights, because most people would rather not spend large amounts of money on parts for their econobox Civic, and even if they did, BYS isn't a large manufacturer, in fact their garage is quite small.

ok so you have proven your point on the availability of bys items... kudos to you...
dont misunderstand me... my tone is not ment to be defensive (hard to prove over internet forum discussions)
but items of that nature or any hot jdm items for that matter may be played out in sunny california or anywhere else. but overhere in canada
they are a little bit harder to come by and im sure people would step over their own mother just to get a glasp of one.
many people in the scene who dont live in cali idealize the cali scene
now thats no excuse because im sure if people here in canada wanted one that badly, im sure they could find one... might take longer then it would in cali
but thats the case
and that is the bases of my comments..

No "scene" out here. Just a hobby and a bunch of enthusiasts who share the same interests.
Get a clue.
