Funny, that first Del Sol posted on the first page...with the yellow stripes. That was actually on a few of those riceboy websites where they take pictures of horribly riced out cars and post them online so people can share a laugh.
Awesome progress though, looks great now!

Oh yeah I remember that, I thought it was freggin hilarious someone actually took pictures of it and cared enough to give it that much attention... At the time, in my young hater-days, I was ******* happy about that kind of coverage! All it meant was more mullet touting hodunkers from Janesville, WI with old beat up Camaro's to race on the strip...
"Hey it's dat der rice *** wit dat jap crap car! Git em!!!"

HAHAHA great stuff! And quoting yourself in your own sig is hardcore. Props for that. This thread will be great, good call with making it. So many people act like they've never had a riced out car. I'll admit it, and obviously you can too. Thats what I like to see.
Thanks!

I had the luxury of not being able to afford a honda when I first wanted one. But, this is what I had in mind, and it's the car that made me want an EG before I ever even heard the term EG.
When I finally got mine, I didn't do much to it, but had been all over jdmcivic.com for about a year, so I was ready to ditch the want for a BOMEX kit and ended up with this.
Blew up my D15 this day my first day ever at the track.
Finally got my GSR swapped in time for the last auto x of 2006.
Some lady in a subaru outback rear ended me two weeks ago tomorrow and totalled it.
and this saturday, I'm picking up this with the insurance money:
Hmm, wonder what will fit in there.
