Correct the JDM DB2's had a B16 starting in 1989 (if I'm not mistaken).
They were not labeled "GS-R" though in Japan.
The ONLY place in the world to find a B17 VTEC, is under the hood of a 1992-1993 USDM GS-R.
The only colors available on the 92-93 USDM GS-R's were white, milano red and aztec green pearl.
In my experience white is not any more or less rare than the green or red ones.
ALL "92-'93 GS-R's are scarce no matter the color, because the were only sold for little more than one whole year. The 1992 GS-R was not available until the late spring of 1992.
