About seven months ago, an unnamed automotive maker put out a bulletin stating that they were going to follow through with a lawsuit against Honda Civic wagon owners who mounted wheels by the wheel company, CCW. Basically, the suit stated that by putting the CCW wheels on their car, the wagon owners felt compelled to also put a sticker representing the wheel company on their cars. This was causing havoc throughout the automotive industry as this auto manufaturer, long known for it's line of station wagons featuring the Cross Country Wandering trim level. The Cross Country Wandering trim level, shorthanded to CCW, is the granddaddy of all station wagons as being a Winnebago the size of a car. This car was inspired by Chevy Chase's "Family Truckster" from the Vacation movie. The suit alleges damages to the manufacturer with the source being the people putting CCW brand wheels on their car and stickering it up as such, thus giving false representation of a replica CCW. Without written consent, this company has assumed the acts as illegal in nature.

This is all I can tell you.

I'm sorry, but this all seems a bit far-fetched to be true. Would there be any technical documentation to back this up? Because, to be honest, the company couldn't represent that as an illegal act without notifying the public.

Well, in fairness, sarcasm is an emotion best portrayed in person. Text is a rather horrible medium for sarcasm. I can only think that sign language or miming would be a worse method to invoke sarcasm.

Lolol.

In my defense, toyomatt, I can understand where you are at with sarcasm, but even you said that it seemed too far-fetched, lolol. Some sarcasms can be typed out. The way I can get by sometimes is the way I word things. I can take the most "far-fetched" idea and make it seem almost plausible with the write word usage.

Twas all in fun, people.

The distinction between trying to be comical and just plain trolling is also one that becomes rather blurry when its a message in text. The amount of effort put forth in this instance gave me a false sense of belief, which is why I responded the way I did. Instead of straight-up deleting the post, I asked whether or not it held any merit.

Sorry, dude. I'll remain serious on this site from now on. Didn't know it was that tough here. Again, my apologies.
