Haha. thats right. Newfoundland winters suck. no snow until mid feb., now just one storm after the next. 2 feet of snow last saturday, another storm monday, and classes in university cancelled again today because of last night's storm. I got stuck for about a half hour backing out of my girlfriends driveway last night

Planning on moving west within the next 2 years though

Oh OK. Well then. Carry on i suppose. I thought this was a "winter/salt is screwing up my car" rant thread. that's why I made that suggestion. My beater DA looks like it was parked in the Morton factory and I could care less. It's a beater, who cares?

trust me Montreal is even worst for pot holes. The city ,who is responsible to fixing the pot hole, have been slacking off that there was an article in the paper saying that they were doing like 1 pot hole a day which is crazy. I remember last year when I took my car out in April I found a pot hole the size of my car from the front bumper to the end. These guys get paid crazy salaries but can't even do the work on time.

yea car washes are like 10 bucks here, plus the roads are always wet from the salt on them so theres no way around it. Its not as bad if it dries on the car tho, just when its wet on the car, ew. Potholes are bad around town here.....all the roads are. I need a humvee.
