New To Honda-Tech!
Im new to Honda-Tech. I just recently bought myself a EM1. Im excited to have my own Honda now. Performance wise everything is stock. Let me know whats some good ideas to do. Well here are a few pics, let me know what you think....

thanks guys for the positive replies, im pretty sure its just a stock b16, and the suspension is lower than stock because its on tein coils

Check the block. It should have B16A2 engraved. If so, then that's just a JDM valve cover (Because of the "H" symbol above Honda). If it's B16A, then it's a JDM motor. Both are great. Having the B16A2 just makes the Si more "Original".

no, thats a stock *** usdm valve cover.. ive got the same one on my si when it was stock...

Mmmm...that stock engine looks so clean. Just leave the engine alone unless you plan on doing some internal work. Header and cat-back is as far as I'd go engine-wise unless you plan on building N/A or FI. I love the look of a full looking engine bay with the oem intake.

as a fellow fbp em1 owner...keep it the way it is...except for security!!! fuel kill switch, headlight kill switch, gps, and c4 that gets triggered by a phone call (if someone gets it)

yea im thinking about doing a header, catback and a intake... im going to do the intake first any good opinions on what brand to get and get the most power out of? and also any good header and catback suggestions?....its alright that you were getting off topic you taught me something i didnt even realize so thanks. and thanks for all the positive feedback...also i do got a fuel kill switch and the gps is not a bad idea..thanks dood
