Is it necessary to remove the front bumper on a 94-97 Integra to properly paint it?
First off, the seach server is down.
I plan to have my '97 Milano "Pink" Integra painted. I noticed that the location of the headlights and rubber strips between the front bumper and the the fenders would make it quite difficult to sand and paint those areas. Is it necessary to remove the front bumper to properly paint it?
I am also installing a genuine Mugen SiR front lip. Should that be painted seperately from the upper portion of the front bumper?
Thanks for the input.
Any other advice is also welcome. (Paint brand, clear coat, etc.)

Have you been to many body shops?
The Mugen lip actually fits over the lower bumper of the 94-97 Integra like the ITR lip does. It's held on with 6 bolts and double side tape.
In addition to the bumper, I plan to remove the door sills, door handles, gas door, side moldings (may shave these), taillights, marker lights, rear window washer, rear wing, rocker panels, mirrors, rear hatch key, windshield moldings, and roof moldings. It's early, I may have missed one or two things.
Regarding the quarter and rear glass, I plan to leave these. The guy painting the car says that these moldings can be lifted adequately to hide the edge line without removing the glass.
Thanks for the help.
