Re: Memory Lane: My EJ1.
If you read his post the car was prob built before that color combo was "played out" what ever that means, besides I really doubt he cares.
Op I know exactly what you are saying, at 29 I still go to meets on occasion but I just get fed up with all the little kids..... It makes me want to build a BMW or some thing kids cant afford lol I just spend bucks on the house now too
Car looks clean though! if you like it drive it thats what I do. I live in WA too havent seen this car around

Honestly, the car hasn't been on the road for more than a few hours since May of '07.
I'm pretty much done modifying cars. Until I win the lottery, I'll just keep saving my money and doing improvements to my home.

Pretty much, I just got sick of all the clowns (mainly some of the haters in this thread who try to force their 'style' on everyone else). FWIW, I had those wheels/that combo long before Time Attacks were 'mainstream'.

It would prob. be best if you stay away from the internet car forum scene since you cannot sense that I am not hating on your car. If you think I am hating on your car, you're mistaken. I merely was giving my opinion on how I have seen that color combo/wheel setup so much. And I understand the car was built a long time ago. You have mentioned you haven't been around the car scene, so I am now updating you that those wheels are no longer cool. That's all. Don't get all immature and butt hurt.

I know if I was a moderator, the first things I'd do away with is people who flame people for no reason, and people who do not know how search Google/this site.

Re: Memory Lane: My EJ1.
Thanks. Sometimes I think about getting new wheels, and some other small odds and ends for it. But then I think that I'd rather have marble counter tops and hardwood floors in my home. :D
