yes that motor and tranny alone go for $3,000 and it looks pretty new. those hatches have a world of potential. first mods should be swap to jdm healights and take that pos intake off and get better rims and tires. $3,000 is a steal though because of that gsr swap. o and convert to manual obviously.

It may get raced some but this thing still has a stock exhaust hooked up to it. Its so dope cant wait to get it running and take out those headlights, corners, and throw my rims and tires on there. It will look way better oh I forgot I got to add all my favorite band stickers on the back glass haha!!!!!!!!!! Its gonna be fun

i think that $3000 is worth it.
you could look at it like you are buying a project GSR for $2000 and then also a rolling chassis w/ goodies in good condition for $1000.

Re: (H22PwrdHatch)
I bought it and all I did to fix it was tighten up a ground wire on the thermostat housing. I also put a new main relay in it. Now the only problems that I have is when the engine is a little cold or anything the idle surges alot until the engine heats up also I dont think the vtec is working.

Buy the thing and switch the ECU. WTF was he running an auto ecu for?
It's a very good deal. The color would need to grow on me personally, but it doesn't look too bad.

I'd say getting it running is higher on the priority chain, but the headlights aren't helping the aesthetics of the car much either.

id get it for 3 grand and put all the **** from my car on it and then sell the little bastard for 10 thousand dollars lol.
Then I would take that engine out of it and find the right ecu for it take it apart rebuilt it from the ground up get a new wiring harness for it then find some dumb *** local kid looking for a motor swap it in and make sure its all working and bank another 2500 off the engine.
