The hell with being ok. Two broken legs might've taught him a lesson. Walking away disgusts me because if that tree were someones mom or dad driving home then he'd be just fine and they'd certainly be dead. What is he going to do to make this up to you? How can he ever repay you for his blatant stupidity? I'd have had him charged with theft for taking the car.

the only person on the road saw it happen and called the cops. he went across 4 lanes on the freeway and hit nobody but a tree.

congrats on having an idiot brother. It's people like him that deserve to get their *** beaten down for making **** poor choices like that. He's lucky he isnt down here in TX where he'd get more than a 3 month suspended license. He'd lose it for much longer and get heavier penalities. People die all the time because they get hit by drunk drivers when it's not time for them to go. They get their lives taken away from them because of ****ing morons like your brother. Darwinism didnt play it's part this time, but next time maybe he wont get so lucky.
theres no need to talk ****!!!! hes never been in trouble for anything in his life. he put everything he had into that car! EVERTHING!!!!!!! he just made a poor judgment call. if i was there i would have stopped him. the only person he was with is in a band and was tryin to pack up his sh**. theres no way he could have known he was gonna dip out like that. he knows what he did was wrong and his way of showing it is hes come to the conclusion that he doesnt want a car anymore. hes moving to the city and selling me his eg. hes now sticking to a fixed gear bike. so dont worry hes not gonna dui ever again.

2 of the regas survived. 2 of them have chunks taken out of them. im waiting for his guy to strip down the car but hes being a dick about it. oh yeah you can get a dui around here if you are on top of wheels period. a cop in my town told me one time that i could have gotten one on my board. but he was nice and just gave me an under age
