i was wondering if anyone here has these fenders installed on their ef hatch. i was doing some bodywork on my car so that i can get it painted and found out that most of my left fender is made up of bondo. i am going to replace both of them but i dont know if i am going to get stockers or go with these, if anyone has them please post up a pic cause i have not seen them installed, and how did they fit? any problems fitting them?

Hey bro, I just sent you a PM... I have pictures of my car with these fenders.
If you get me your email address, ill send you some pics to see how they look on the car.
BTW, this really belongs in the A/C (appearance/cosmetic) thread. Hopefully you dont get flamed to badly for this minor mistake
actually, if you check on page 67 of the Ef Video/picture thread, you'll find my car.
Its the last car on that page.
Let me know what you think!

Just to add a little tech to this thread.. How functional would these fenders be? I know they are built for looks but some cars have gaps, holes, or openings in the fender area to get the air to exit and not creat a "parachute effect"

abosolutely no gain from that vent, our cars have an inner fender liner so that vent is litteraly cooling your front inner fenders... Fender vents have gotten less and less cool as they have been put on more and more rediculous cars.... 60's vettes=cool, 50's-60's mercedes=cool, ferrari's=cool, bmw's=cool... hyundai tibburon, ford super duty, ford taurus, ford focus, honda's with fiberglass taiwan ebay fenders= not cool (in my book). That fender looks like somebody cut a slash in it with a can opener, then kicked it in.

they look like they are metal not fiberglass , I was actually looking for a fender to cut up and add some flares too to fit some 275 wide tires under, since im cutting the fender anyway are these a lot cheaper than oem fenders?

cheaper than oem yeah ($166 with emp discount) but probably not cheaper than aftermarket oem style. TKY aftermarket are about $70 each

If your car is aggressive enough to warrant those fenders, go for it
