i have no clue about the benen tow hook atachment but. 2 race cars i work on both have a tow strap on that bumber bar

EM1, regardless you can pivot the hook to compensate for the angle it sticks out.

It could but your FMIC would get all scratched up from the mounting bolts if you were to use the same mounting method I used on mine.
