5th gen prelude wheel & tire picture thread
Hi guys-
I'm looking to upgrade my wheels/tires on my 2001 base model. I haven't found a thread on this. I'm looking for 17" lightweight rims (kosei f1) and debating on tire size. Tire rack.com suggests 205 45 17. Please post some pics of your wheel/tire combo and include tire size, suspension setup and any rubbing issues.

I have ADR gt sport's size 17" with 215/40/r17. The wheels are not meant to be light, they just look good even though ADR copies most of their designs. I had the car lowered 2.5" and had no rubbing or anything. The only good thing about having a 45 series tire is the traction. You will get better beginning traction through gears because the tires will flex and mold better than a thinner tire. Good luck!

whorin it up:
15x7 team dynamics pro race 1 with 205/50/15 azenis. stock suspension. this was a great setup, i loved the wheels + tires and the short tire helped with gearing.

i've always liked the blue preludes, every time i see one i wet myself....oh, what did you hit, that is a nasty white mark on the front corner!

FLAT BLACK SH rims w/ dunlop sport tires (crazy tread)!
Anyway, don't mind the non-jdm bumper sticker. It's only for a temp. cover up for my misfortune. Don't worry, i've got the real deal jdm new driver magnet and suction cup in the car :D
