As of today I am pushing 271 WHP and 232 TRQ @ 8 PSI with a GReddy kit. When I return home in February I will have new 440CC injectors and a full 3" exhaust w/ downpipe.

for a new car that's a dirty bay. I've deployed too but came back to a spotless engine compartment. are you letting someone drive it?

Nope. no one driving it... they are only starting it once a week. He washes the outside but afraid to go anywhere near my engine, he thinks he's going to hurt it.

Looks good. If I'm not mistaken, you have to remove some part of your front bumper to install the FMIC with the Greddy kit, right?

Definatly am, I have a few other mods I just bought...

Courtsey lights, HFP front lip kit, Skunk 2 Pro-S coilovers. Once skunk 2 releases their Intake Manifold for the SI I'll be all over that. Thanks for the kind words

I can relate....I bought an 07 FA5 a month before i deployed too. it's sitting in storage again though while I'm stationed out here. 3 years FTL. I haven't really enjoyed the car....i only put 10K miles on it.

Yeah.... but if I dont get it with the exhaust and new injectors.... dunno what else I'd have to do... don't want to upgrade internals or anything yet.

doesn't the greddy kit come with emanage? I never look into these things.

with the injectors and DP you'd be able to pull that off with a little more boost. it shouldn't be a problem if you have a piggy back to help out. my only concern would be timing.....considering the Z3's compression ratio

Yeah it came with Emanage. Everyone suggests I can run 12 safely... but I'd rather not push past 10... I only have one engine .

just get it to a shop that can properly tune using emanage...10 should get your there.

The shop I went to, Polk Performance in Arkansas (Seen on ESPN2) did a really good job... got me 10 more PSI than someone else with 1 LB less boost.

someone was tuned 9 PSI at 260 WHP around the same area where I got tuned at 271 WHP at 8 PSI...

I think they know what they are doing. Atleast I hope! I'll find out if I get limp mode when I get back.

can't compare really if it was on another car. engine, turbo size, overall setup, etc give different results.
