Yeah they should work but depending on your suspension setup you may have some slight clearance issues. Nothing that wouldn't be able to be fixed with rolling your fenders or trimming your fender guards. Just depends on how much you want to go through.

18's with 30 series will be rather large, and will pose issues. I'd suggest something much easier for 18's, which will also look more balanced - get a different car.
I would not suggest 'slamming' your car with 18's, unless your area has completely flat driveways/entrences and zero potholes. They tuck well enough w/o that.

They fit with some work, it can and has been done, but the ride will be rough and in my opinion it will make the car look awkward. Best to stick to 16s or 17s at the largest IMHO.

they fit, but i wouldnt put them on there. first off your gas milage will go down substancially, you will have even less power then before. a really rough ride (even on stock sus.) And just look silly.

18's will fit perfectly fine as long as x7 has a 40-42mm offset and x7.5 has a 45mm offset.
also your gonna want to run a 215/35-18. my friend used to run 19s on his hatch and he had it pretty low. only rubbed with the wheels at full turn right or left. and dont worry about the haters, its your car.

don't go 18's - you'll regret it later... if your gonna fit 18's on your car than you have to sacrifice tire and the thinner your tires the more prone your wheel are to curbage and everything else for that matter.
they will bend at the first pot hole you hit.
i had 17's on my 00 hatch at first i liked it - it looked good - i bent my first rim 1 month in - 7 months later i sold them all and went with 15's
you live and you learn - if you can learn from other people's mistakes than you'll be better off.

you're adding weight.. you shouldn't go with them because of that. you're just gonna make your motor work harder.. if it's your DD.. moneys just going to fall out of your pockets.
works your motor harder to compensate for weight
which in turn lowers mpg
easier to dent/bend due to thin tires
tires are more expensive i bet because of larger diameter
i'm not hating on the aesthetics of your choice, i'm just letting you know what could happen

Reasons NOT to do it:
- increase of wheel mass rotation
- increase of overall wheel diameter
- increase of dent/rubbing risk
- decrease of ride quality
- decrease of horsepower
- decrease of miles per gallon
- obscurity of speedometer reading
Reasons TO do it:
- to be different
- to impress people who have the same bad taste as you
i am actually hating on the aesthetics of your choice, because theres nothing different or cool about putting oversized wheels on your honda. you suck.
