well about an hour ago a primer black DC with gold work equip 03's tried to steal my car. they broke my steering colum and broke off my jdm window visor.
rite aid off the 805 and telagraph in chula vista.

well i had agrip of cloths, other workout equipment , lots of water, whey protein pack, , some of my gurls ambercrombie cloths cause we just came from da mall, and all my tools and jack in my trunk + spar etire cause all my tires are bald and just incase, waiting on my connect on tires, which weight about 60+ pounds alone cause i always carry that **** in my car ahah

ahah well good news , in 3 weeks since hitting up LA fitness gained about 4 Pounds of muscle.. that **** is fckin hard.. eating 6+ meals a day and working out every day... on strick *** program but im fckin improving a grip.. increased all my #'s went from 150 1MR for BP to 175 now, almost 1.5 times my weight, tryin to bulk though.. im like a mesomorph body type.. tahts why im gaining muscle so easily..
but im juss sayin.. my #'s is approx 230whp vs a RSX-s which is..? but this was off the line so yeahh
