OBD No Voltage Unable to Connect 2006 Accord
Hello,
New member here. Went to my emissions testing for annual and failed because their scanner read that my OBD "did not communicate/no voltage". Car is well maintained and runs fine with no issues otherwise.
I checked all the fuses in the panel and non are blown. I am going to look under the hood for any fuses blown there, just not sure which one could contribute to this. All wires going into back side of OBD connector seem to be intact and tight. NO CEL on and had no problems with this last year.
Thanks in advance.
