94 accord fuel problems
Hello, I have 1994 Accord ex. I bought this car a month ago with a fuse panel problem. The fuel pump fuse was evidently used for a mass power source at one time. Meaning some one shoved wires in with the fuse because the prongs that hold the fuse in place are pushed back behind the panel. I have been wiggling the fuse til i heard the main fuel pump relay "click" and i would start the car. Needless to say that didn't last very long, so i purchased a used fuse panel out of a 96 accord ex and installed it yesterday. Now that it is installed i don't hear a "clicking" coming from the main relay at all. So i went to advance auto parts and purchased a new main fuel pump relay and plugged it in. Still have nothing, but i hear a very very short and faint buzz coming from the fuel pump area. Does the new Main fuel pump relay have to mounted or grounded for it to work properly? And how to you check to see if i am getting fuel to the motor? p.s. the car will not run at all, all it will do turn over consistently. Thanks guys!

Re: 94 accord fuel problems
Okay, i put a new fuel pump in and a main fuel pump relay in under the dash. The car ran fine for a week. Today i went to work this morning parked the car it started raining half way through the day. Went out from work to start the car and it will not start all it will do is spin over. Evidently i have a moisture problem some where?? Also i cannot here the fuel pump humming at all. I heard that on these hondas the distributor also sends a signal to the fuel pump?? Is this true if so any ideas on where to begin to find this problem?
