just bought the car 2 months ago, day i got it, it sounded like crap. power steering pump whining and belt making bad noises..replaced belt and the two o rings on the power steering pump and all the noise was gone for about 1000 miles. now the belt has a loud noise hard to explain but like a whish whish whish sound while running its not the pump anymore. i inspected the new belt and it is sticky is hell almost looks burnt and old but its new! also their is still power steering oil on the top of the pump, so its coming out from somewhere now, not low on fluid but like somewhere its creepin out of...


110k miles is their any common problems with this issue?

If you're losing fluid and there is no fluid on the floor when you park over night, punch a hole in the inner tie rod end dust boots. Fluid tends to leak from the rack end seals and fill the boot but won't spill out onto the floor. If you punch a hole in the boot and fluid comes out, you will need a new rack and pinion.

If you're not ready to fix this now, I would suggest not punching a hole in the dust boot as you will then leave stains on your driveway/garage floor.
