It is about as straight forward as it can get
I'll hit the high points.....pull to cover above the rad....drain coolant, remove hoses - auto trans has the trans cooler hoses, there are some connectors for the fan motors and some for wires and ac lines.....remove the upper rad "coushions/brackets".....lift rad out of the car.
Can't remember right now but I'm pretty sure the fan motors can stay attached to the rad....if I'm wrong, won't be the first time my memory failed me, you might have to remove one or both to have room to lift it out.....if you do remember the lower mount/screw/bolt is a "slip" type and does not have to come all the way out, just loosen it a bit, remove the top two and the motor(s) will lift out.
