Hi Guys,

I got my parents old 2004 Honda Accord, they upgraded and handed me that car. There is a major problem that I need to address.

The car has a mind of its own. In the middle of the night the alarm will go off or the day time running lights will turn on. Also the rear window sometimes opens by itself. This is causing the battery to die and I do not like this.

My parents had a manual battery kill switch installed, so then they turned the car off, they just cut off all power. I would like to fix this issue so I dont have to keep dealing with this electric gremlin.

Any thoughts?

sounds like something got wet. My wife's Pilot did the same thing after she left the sunroof open in a rain storm. We had to go get it professionally detail and dried out. It worked fine afterwards.

I would suggest taking it to Honda to have the diag the problem. They will find out what's wrong.
